You don’t need a credit card to register for the conference. Simply chose the “Pay by Check” option during checkout, complete your registration, and mail your check to the address provided on the invoice.

First-Time Attendees

To show how excited we are welcome new attendees to the conference, we offering $50 off the registration fee. Please note, this does not apply to scholarship recipients.

Confirmation and Registration Materials

The Governor’s Council will send registration confirmation via e-mail to those who preregister. Please bring your confirmation with you to the conference.

Cancellations, Refunds, and Changes to Registration

All cancellation requests must be made in writing. Cancellations are subject to a $25 administrative fee. We regret that refunds cannot be offered for “no shows” or cancellations received after November 4. Substitutes are welcome. Scholarship recipients who fail to attend the conference and have not canceled prior to November 4 may become ineligible for future Council funding for two years.

Consent to Use of Photographic Materials

As a participant in this event, you may be photographed in group shots. The Governor’s Council has the right to use group images in photographs, videotapes, and electronic reproduction. In the event that we interview, film, and record your words, we will seek your express permission.
